OhMyGosh, but I love this tag too! (You know, like all the others you've made!!!) That fish--I thought it was metal! Also putting the rub-ons on the metal number and light bulb is incredibly ingenious. Love what you did with the gears too. Seriously. Awesome.

The stamp is: Stamper's Anonymous - Donna Salazar - Light bulb

I picked it up at my local paper crafting store in Calgary, AB. If you search the internet, there are several online stores that sell it. I hope you found this answer helpful.
