  • Other – Glassine Paper, Grunge Paper

Ditto what Oxana said up there! LOVE the little dude's glasses--that's just awesome on so many levels!! Love the background too. I think the hot air balloon is my fave part--love the idea of using rub-ons! And as always, thanks for the step-by-step!!
