Wet Ingredients:
  • Ink – Black Soot, Dusty Concord, Frayed Burlap, Walnut Stain
  • Paint – Acrylic; Black, Purple, White
  • Stain – Distress; Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain
Dry Ingredients:
  • Cardstock – Kraft, White
  • Hardware – Game Spinners, Jump Rings, Mini Brads, Philosophy Tags
  • Other – 1/16” Balsa Wood, Pattern Tissue Paper
  • Ribbon – Jute Rope
Tools/Equipment:
  • Dies – Mini Bat & skull, Tag & Boookplates
  • Other - Burnishing Bone, Hammer, Knife
  • Rubber Stamps – Warehouse District

  23. Great job! Thank you for sharing. I've worked a small amount with balsa and wood veneers and because they're so thin, they've cracked. How did you keep yours from splitting and cracking?

    1. The key is to use a Crease Pad (this is a Sizzix product) in place of the cutting pad that will contact the die blade. You can see another example of this on http://digthatcrazychick.blogspot.ca/2015/02/tic-tac-toe.html
